The Tarifa Hype says the Poniente is force 3-5. In 6 weeks I have only ever known it to be a 3. Today was no exception, so took out the big kit. Had an OK session, but despite the volume in the ¥barge¥ it¥s still narrow & wobbly. The heavy 6.8 does my back in after a few uphauls. Had a nice few cruises up & down, got going in a couple of gusts, albeit slowly (after the Axxis!) and out of the straps. A pleasant afternoon bimble.
